Course Description

The Sugaring Hair Removal Course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the history, science, and practical application of professional sugaring techniques. This course introduces the foundations of sugaring, including product knowledge, skin and hair anatomy, and the principles that make sugaring a gentle and  effective method of hair removal. 

Students will learn how to conduct thorough client consultations, identify contraindications, and apply infection control standards required for safe practice. Through hands-on training, learners will develop proficiency in selecting the correct sugar paste, preparing the treatment area, and performing proper hand-molding and flicking techniques on various body regions. 

This course also emphasizes client communication, skin assessment, treatment modification, and aftercare education to support optimal results and client satisfaction. Upon completion, students will understand how to resolve common challenges, maintain professional standards, and incorporate sugaring services confidently into a spa setting or esthetics business.

• Foundations & Theory – History, principles, benefits, and comparison to other methods; basic skin/hair anatomy and growth cycles.
