Course Description

This comprehensive Advanced Facial Treatments with Devices Course is designed to equip estheticians and beauty professionals with advanced knowledge, technical skills, and confidence to safely and effectively incorporate professional devices into facial treatments. Through a combination of theory and hands-on training, students will gain a thorough understanding of the use, benefits, and applications of advanced facial technologies, enhancing both skin health and client experience. 

The course begins with Facial Treatment with Devices Theory, teaching students to identify and understand the functions and benefits of key devices used in professional facials, including Ultrasonic, Microcurrent, LED, Microdermabrasion, and Direct and Indirect High Frequency devices. Learners will explore how these devices can improve skin health, enhance product penetration, and support overall treatment outcomes. The theory component also covers essential products, tools, supplies, and equipment required for device-assisted facials. 

Practical training focuses on Facial Treatment with Devices Skills, providing step-by-step instruction on how to safely integrate each device into treatments tailored to individual client needs. Students will learn proper techniques, treatment sequencing, and customization for different skin types and concerns, while emphasizing guest experience, including treatment room setup, hygiene, and compliance with care and safety protocols. 

Students will also gain guidance on client consultation, contraindications, cautions, and client care to ensure professional and safe service delivery. The course also includes insight into business and career opportunities, preparing students to expand their professional offerings, retain clients, and build a successful esthetics practice using advanced technology. 

Upon successful completion, students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion, providing them with the expertise, confidence, and professionalism to deliver advanced, device-assisted facial treatments and elevate client experiences in a variety of spa and esthetics settings
